The Snohomish County Sports Commission is here to be your trusted partner in creating a successful and memorable event. Our team is dedicated to making your experience in Snohomish County as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Think of us as your local connection—we’re here to help open doors and provide guidance every step of the way. From coordinating with event venues and working alongside governmental agencies to supporting local organizing committees and the hotel community, we act as your liaison so you can focus on what matters most: delivering a successful event.
Whether this is your first time hosting in our community or a return visit, we’re excited to welcome you and ensure your time here is both seamless and rewarding!
The services we offer are:
- Submit bid proposals to national governing bodies and/or event selection committees.
- Coordinate site tours of sport venues, hotels, restaurants and attractions that specifically meet your needs.
- Provide publicity assistance by sending press releases to local media outlets.
- Provide publicity on our website’s sports event calendar with link to your website, if applicable.
- Provide event specific website with visitor information (where to stay, eat, & play) for those traveling to Snohomish County.
- Provide maps, restaurant guides, visitor information in the athlete packets and at the registration tables.
- Contact local business community for coupons/discounts to be placed in team packet or utilized at your event.
- Obtain city and county officials welcome letters.
- Assist with hospitality, volunteer recruitment, and business referrals.
