Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort is somewhat off the beaten path. Located at the southern tip of Stanwood, you can access the hidden gem using 140th St. NE from Interstate 5 before connecting to Kayak Point Road.
After Kayak Point Golf Course closed in October 2018, the land later served as a premier destination for disc golfers. Since opening in May 2020, the 290-acre property has transformed into five unique 18-hole courses (Purple Pitch & Putt (beginner-advanced, Par 54, 1,372 feet), Red (beginner-intermediate, Par 65, 8,014 feet), White (intermediate; under construction), Blue (intermediate-advanced, Par 59, 6,759 feet) and Gold (advanced-pro, Par 60, 9,825 feet)), providing enjoyable and challenging outings for all skill levels. And with a designated pro shop, practice area and Aces BBQ & Grill, the experience is “a disc golfer’s dream.”

From July 10-12, Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort hosted its PDGA-sanctioned, Pro/Am B-Tier Kayak Point Open VI tournament where 145 players spread across 15 divisions competed in three rounds on two different 18-hole courses.
