The 2025 Seattle Spartan Trifecta Weekend easily brought in more than 1,000 participants from across Washington state, the U.S., Canada and the world to the Meadow Wood Equestrian Center in Monroe from Sept. 13-14 where participants in the age-group and elite categories competed for the Pan-American Championship title.
The Beast race distance, the ultimate Spartan test, was 21 kilometers (13 miles) with 30 obstacles, and the average duration was calculated to be four hours and 45 minutes. The Super race distance was 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) with 25 obstacles, and the average duration was two hours and 25 minutes. And the Sprint race distance was five kilometers with 20 obstacles, and the average duration was one hour and 30 minutes. There were also courses for youth (ages 4-14), ranging between one-three kilometers with 10-20 obstacles, and the average duration was around 30 minutes.
